BREAKING: Girl, 9, dies after being found seriously injured at industrial estate as man, 35, arrested by police. Police Scotland have arrested a 35-year-old in connection with the young girl's death. The incident happened in the early hours of this morning on the Elliot Industrial Estate in Arbroath, the force confirmed.
