What this video is about
This reveal trailer for the Darktide Depths of the Damned update introduces a new mission set in the Spillway where the area has gone dark and become dangerous. The video features audio cues of heavy machinery, sirens, and gunfire as soldiers are sent to investigate the brewing threat. A voiceover narrator describes the failed initial attempt by standard troops before deciding to deploy the Rejects to handle the situation. The presentation uses atmospheric sound effects and dialogue to build tension around this new game environment without showing gameplay footage.
