What this video is about
This video recounts two extraordinary stories of animals saving human lives at sea. The first narrative describes how a giant sea turtle carried a stranded woman on its back for over two days after her boat sank in 1974. The second story features marine biologist Nan Hauser, who was lifted onto the head of a massive humpback whale that protected her from a tiger shark while she was diving off the Cook Islands. Both tales highlight the incredible compassion and bravery displayed by these marine creatures when faced with desperate situations involving strangers in the ocean.
