What this video is about
The video reports on the upcoming execution of Christa Pike, the only woman on death row in Tennessee. The state supreme court denied her request for a postponement, despite arguments from her attorneys about the state's lethal injection protocol. The state plans to use only female corrections officers for her transport and observation. Pike was sentenced to death for the 1995 murder and torture of a 19-year-old woman.
